About Chatporch

Chatporch is an AI chat widget for websites. It installs with one <script> tag, answers visitor questions from the knowledge you give it, and captures leads around the clock, including all the hours when nobody is at the desk.

The name

A porch is the friendliest part of a house. It is where you greet people, answer their questions, and point them in the right direction before they ever step inside. We think a website deserves the same thing: a warm place where a visitor can ask a real question and get a straight answer, instead of digging through pages or filling out a form and hoping someone replies by Thursday.

That is the porch we build. Conversations that feel like home.

What we believe

Setup should take minutes. You paste one script tag, describe your business in plain English, and the widget starts answering. No SDK, no rebuild, no week of integration work.

Your bot should sound like you. It answers from the description, instructions, and knowledge you write. You also decide what it does when it does not know an answer, whether that is offering your phone number, your email, or your booking page.

It fits the site you already have. Open the chat from our friendly button in the corner, or from a button or link that already lives on your page. You can even mount it right inside your layout, wherever it belongs. Your design stays yours.

Stay light on the page. The widget loads after your page does and only does real work when a visitor opens it. Your site’s speed is your business, and we are a guest on it.

Respect the visitor. Conversations are kept for a limited window, 7 to 365 days depending on the customer’s plan, and then deleted. We do not track visitors across sites, and we do not collect contact details unless a visitor chooses to type them. The full details live in our privacy policy.

Who builds it

Chatporch is built by Scalebloom LLC, a web development company in Charlotte, North Carolina, serving customers worldwide. Small is a feature here: the people who build the product are the same people who read every message sent to [email protected].
