What counts as a message?

We count the messages your visitors send, not the bot's replies. The bot's answers are free, no matter how long they run.

Your monthly pool is shared across all agents on your account.

What happens if I go over my message quota?

The bot pauses until your next billing period starts. Visitors see a short notice instead of the chat.

On Starter and Pro, you can skip the wait with a message top-up: $15 for 500 extra messages that never expire. You can also turn on auto-recharge, and we top you up automatically whenever your balance runs low. On Free, the way to keep going is upgrading to a paid plan.

Each plan also has a daily message ceiling, sized well above a normal busy day. It is an abuse backstop, not a quota: it stops a runaway script from draining your balance overnight. Top-ups do not raise it; a bot that hits the ceiling resumes the next day.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Plans are month to month. Upgrades take effect immediately and you pay only the prorated difference; downgrades are credited toward future invoices.

You can cancel anytime. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to Free.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your account moves to the Free plan, it is not deleted. Your agents and their settings stay exactly as you left them.

Conversation logs follow the Free plan's 7-day retention window from then on, and any unused top-up credits stay on your account.

Do you offer refunds?

Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires it. Plans are month to month, so the simple way out is to cancel: you keep everything you paid for through the end of the period, and you are never charged again.

Is there a free trial on paid plans?

No, because the Free plan is the trial: a real bot on your real site, with no time limit. When you outgrow it, paid plans are month to month and you can cancel anytime.
